Chakras refer to various energy centres in your body that correspond to specific nerve bundles and internal organs. The seven major chakras run from the base of your spine to the top of your head. If these energy centres get blocked you may experience health conditions on a physical or emotional level or both relating to a particular chakra.
Certain emotional traumas may also cause energy centre dysfunction. Your initial session will be to calm your nervous system down in order for you to function more calmly.
